The full payment must be made upfront at the time of the contract agreement. If the clients want to top up the service or increase the budget for advertisement then the contract will be revised accordingly. If the payment is not made within the due date then we will not proceed with the client’s request. In case of any delay, the client must get in touch with us.
2. Design Agreement Policy
To ensure that both the designer and the client are on the same page, a mockup design is created within the agreed time so that nobody deviates from the actual design later.
3. Revision Policy
We provide numerous revisions post-delivery up to 12 hours as long as the agreed concept and contract stays unchanged.
4. Refund Policy
We guarantee 100% clients satisfaction. We ensure that both parties agree to the design concept or the strategy before the implementation phase. However, a refund is allowed under the following circumstances
1. If we receive a refund request before submitting the first sample design.
2. If we receive a refund request within two business days.
3. Before the client ask for any revision

5. Website Domain and Hosting
We will do it for free with our website design and development package. Also, we will assist you with all the configurations.
6. Liability
Sketch My Idea is not responsible for any losses or damage caused in the form of goodwill or physical loss once our digital services get publicized.
